Young Beder
Young BEDER is the junior section of the newly established Belgian Association for European Union Law (BEDER). Young BEDER aims to create an inclusive and vibrant platform for young academics, researchers, and practitioners with an interest in EU law. As part of the broader BEDER network, Young BEDER offers a unique space for emerging scholars to exchange ideas, collaborate on research, and engage with more senior experts in the field.
Our mission is to foster connections among early-career professionals working within the domain of EU law, including doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and junior practitioners. Through workshops, networking events, and collaborative initiatives, Young BEDER seeks to build a strong community that supports the academic and professional development of its members.
Through events like the Doctoral Workshop, Young BEDER is committed to building a dynamic and supportive network for the next generation of EU law professionals, providing opportunities for academic growth, collaboration, and professional development. Whether you’re looking to share your research, learn from others, or simply meet like-minded peers in the field, Young BEDER is the place for young EU law enthusiasts to engage, learn, and grow.
Below you will find the programme of Young BEDER’s first doctoral Workshop “Navigating crisis in the EU: what lessons to be learned?”:
